Fansite. If you don't get a reply, then I didn't accept you for affiliation :(.
Here's basically what I look for in Fansites I'm going to affiliate with:
A real host. I don't want to be affiliated with a site on geocities, freewebs, etc. If your site is really awesome you should be able to find a host. (I can make an exception on this rule)
A nice layout that you made, one that has navigation(side bar) on almost every page.
If you want your site linked on every page, then my site has to be linked on every page.
No stolen content.
